This site started over a decade ago with late night Google searches of why I felt like crap, and a decision to take control of my health. If you’re ready to find a sustainable path to your optimal well-being, then you’re in the right place.

I’m here to tell you that there is not one right way for everyone, which is why I’m  obsessed with helping you find a sustainable path to your optimal wellbeing.  Here you’ll get options and perspectives to help you discover what works best for you.

Happiness isn’t found, its created. And, happiness is your birthright. Sometimes it gets tangled by past experiences, other people’s actions, and traumas buried deep within us. If we’re willing to untangle our thoughts, life can be wonderful not just later, but through the process every single day.

Born & Raised in Montana, I Now Live in Seattle With My Husband, 2 Stepdaughters, and Our Golden Retriever, Maple.

We’re finishing up a massive renovation & re-build on a beautiful home right next to the city. We love the privacy and nature that county life gives us (gardening! nature walks! slow mornings outside!), and we’re lucky to be just a few minutes from downtown, where we like to enjoy everything city-life has to offer (shows! endless food! nightlife!). I’m grateful for it all.
